Rhonda Madden, Principal and Founder, Madden Strategies

Before launching Madden Strategies, I served as Vice President, Strategic Initiatives for Riverlife and was responsible for advancing execution of the organization’s strategic priorities. Prior to this position, I oversaw development and communication efforts for Allegheny Land Trust and served as Regional Director of Development and Public Relations for The Trust for Public Land’s Mid-Atlantic Office where I was responsible for raising support and awareness for the New York City and Newark Parks for People initiatives and land conservation initiatives in the seven-state region.  In addition, I oversaw external affairs operations for The Academy of Natural Sciences of Drexel University in Philadelphia.

I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English from Richard Stockton College, and pursued graduate work in Environmental Studies from the University of Pennsylvania. I completed the Emerging Women’s Leadership program at the Palumbo Donahue School of Business at Duquesne University and executive leadership coursework in strategic planning with the Lilly Family School of Philanthropy at Indiana University.  I currently serve on the Board of Directors for Landforce and on the Development Committee for the Manchester Youth Development Corporation.
